Dominique is the founder and owner of Training By Dominique. Originally from Montreal, Canada, he is nationally certified with the N.P.C.T (National Program of Certification of Trainers - Canada) and CPR/AED (Automated External Defibrillation) certified by the American Red Cross, Dominique has been a personal trainer since 1991. He also has studied Karate since age 7, and is a Black Belt, first degree. Dominique is the 1993 world champion/gold medalist of the W.A.K.O World Karate Championships, in musical form, where he competed against several countries. He also holds several national championship titles and gold medals. Dominique has helped hundreds of individuals reaching their fitness goals and living and healthier lifestyle.Dominique has extended experience as a personal trainer, having previously worked at many fitness facilities, including the famous Palm Beach Training Center and Don Shula’s Athletic Club.
