The Oxenberg Brothers established their reputation for quality in Brooklyn in the 1920's. Spearheaded by William, the oldest, they sought out the finest salmon available and prepared it under the cleanest conditions to provide a line of smoked fish specialties. Following the migration of our customer base to South Florida in the 1950's, we found even greater success because of dedication to superior quality products and incomparable service. Still a family owned company, the third and fourth generation Oxenbergs are totally immersed in the management of every aspect of the company today.
