I purchased a dental scaler from Engler Engineering some years ago. Eventually the unit broke and they reccomended I upgrade to a newer unit which I did. The new unit was never as good as the old unit. The welds broke in the stack and the unit had to be repaired. The same weld broke a second time later on and the company service was terrible. I was charged for the repair, told I bent the stack, which was not true, they simply have a poor quality weld in the stack. To compound their poor service, I sent the unit back in the original box it came in with foam inserts. They returned it to me thrown loose in a cartoon falling apart. As the unit is non reliable and the quality of their service department is terrible, the unit sits unused on a shelf. I replaced it with ART P6, great unit performs 100 times better than the Engler unit and the company is a pleasure to work with. Stay away from buying from Engler, poor quality product, terrible service.
