Be careful with FLOWER shop. They promise quality, excellence in service and timely work. I thought they were reliable, professional and trustworthy merchant however I was wrong. FLOWER OF THE WORLD INC did not arrive to my wedding site until 2 hours after the time specified in the contract - breaching the contract. Once they arrive, they couldn't coordinate well to deliver the bouquets, boutonniere and center pieces because they were stuck setting up the flower arch at the beach. The owner was rude and hateful and couldn't even admit they were late and was blaming the hotel of their tardiness... right?!?! At the end, they admitted were late because they had 3 other weddings at the same time. NEXT TIME plan up well if you're going to take that many commitments. The worst part is that I had paid the full balance in advance. They never admitted to have breach the contract and never reimbursed me any penny for the extra expenses I incurred due to their tardiness
