In the beginning, the living history classroom was a hidden gem found by a few teachers seeking instructional enrichment for their students. It has since been discovered and recognized by the National Endowment of the Arts as one of the best programs in South Florida. In addition we enjoy endorsements from every historical museum in Florida’s tri-county area. Teaching sessions feature men and women who altered the history of our world and our early attempts to colonize new Florida. Magnificent costumes are correct to every detail, stories are fascinating and far beyond the content of standard textbooks. Accompanying period artifacts enhance the learning process.
