My Gym's objective is to help children at various physical, emotional and intellectual levels develop confidence and self-esteem through love, understanding and positive reinforcement. Our innovative and carefully structured programs along with our 5 to 1 student to teacher ratio and non-competitive atmosphere, allow children to discover what great things they can accomplish. Imaginations soar and children triumph at My Gym Children's Fitness Center. Youngsters have SO MUCH FUN developing their coordination, agility, flexibility, balance, strength and motor skills at My Gym as they run, jump, tumble, dance and sing. Each class program is developed for a particular age group. My Gym's facility is the ultimate exercise and play superstructure, with built-in climbing and swinging apparatus and custom made, state of the art equipment. The configuration of the gym's floor space is changed each week to provide a new and exciting adventure for you and your child.
