Dr. Micro Programs offers custom software programming and support for Accounting, Business, Law, and Specialty applications. Additionally, arrangements may be made for "On-Site Training", "Software Tutoring", Consulting and Support. In 1982, Dr. Mark E. Friedman, a CPA (NY) and past president of The National Association of Accountants (Miami) and senior faculty member of the University of Miami Accounting Department, began Dr. Micro Programs at the Business and Accounting Department at UM. Dr. Micro Programs moved off campus in 1989 to allow for enhancement of the curriculum offered and future expansion. Since that time, employees from over one thousand of South Florida's businesses and institutions, have benefited from Dr. Micro's computer training and business solutions. Our support team maintains networks, accounting systems such as SBT, and creates custom software solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
